N.E.R.D. feat. Santigold – Soldier
Fresh off making the announcement of adding a female vocalist to their band, N.E.R.D. drops “Soldier” with Santigold who they also collaborated with on “My Drive Thru”. The new female vocalist Rhea doesn’t appear on this track, for it has been apart of N.E.R.D.’s live set prior to her addition to the group. Originally there was a Wayne feature, but on this version of the track Weezy is absent.
Wale feat. Pharrell – Inhibitions (Let It Loose)
One today’s second new joint, Wale connects with Pharrell for the third single off his debut Attention: Deficit. Sticking to the traditional formula of a Neptunes hit (Neptunes production, club friendly lyrics, Pharrell hook), Wale proves he is capable of making radio friendly music and still appeal to true Hip Hop fans.
