Recently Snoop released his take on Jay’s current State anthem “Empire State of Mind”. Snoop flipped it and called it “Snoop State of Mind” and today he releases the visuals for his underground track. Similar to the “Empire State of Mind” music video, Snoop uses black and white images of NY as he pays homage to the Tri-State.
