Takin’ Em Back – 11/27
27 11 2009Hope you all are enjoying your Black Friday and good ol Thanksgiving left overs. For today’s throwback joint, I’m posting the first single off of Jay’s Vol. 3 album “Do It Again”. This was the track that introduced Beanie and Amil to the mainstream Hip Hop scene and help launch their careers. Since then, Amil has been missing and has been rumored to be working at K-Mart. As for Beans, he’s been putting out diss tracks and airing out Jay for not being a loyal mentor and has been working with 50 Cent. Coincidentally, Beanie Sigel was brought out on Black Friday management, along with Philly native Eve. What a difference a decade makes amongst labelmates.
