The Game – Big Money (Produced by Cool & Dre)
THE GAME - THE RED ALBUM COVER
First we heard the street single to the R.E.D. Album which is the Timbaland produced “Krazy” with Gucci Mane. Now the mainstream single is here, titled “Big Money”. Originally it was rumored to have been produced by Dr. Dre (who Game would like to produce on the album), but it is actually produced by Cool & Dre.
Game uses Willie D of the Geto Boys famous opening line “I make big money, I drive big cars/Everybody know me, it’s like I’m a movie star” for the single’s hook. What are your thoughts on the track?

What’s Beef – Beanie Sigel Disses Jay-Z

29 10 2009

Beanie Sigel – I Aint Ya Average (Jay-Z Diss)
Beanie Sigel n Jay-z
The Broad Street Bully calls out his former mentor and labelmate Jay-Z. The diss caught Hip Hop fans by surprise since Jay is the one who showed Beanie the ropes and everything appeared to be all good. Apparently, while Sigel was away on his bid, he felt that Jay didn’t hold him down and also held him back from advancing in his career. Beanie has been lowkey though he released an album titled Broad Street Bully, and made an impressive appearance on Raekwon’s last joint; but he’s breaking his silence with this diss!

This time around he gets at his old homies The Game and Young Buck exposings Buck’s use of Lean and wanting to do it big. He also calls out Jay for being the bigger man and ignoring 50’s shots he’s takin in the past. Another victim of the track is his Baby Mom’s Sheniqua who burned down his million dollar home last year. Fifty continues to be Hip Hop’s bully as he calls out names on this Buziness produced track. Before I Self Destruct will hit stores November 23rd, despite a 3.5 week leak.

Jay Electronica – Exhibit C (produced by Just Blaze) (Radio Rip)
Jay Electronica
Last year Jay Elect blessed us with the ever so dope “Exhibit A” track produced by none other than Just Blaze. “Exhibit A” was one of the sickest tracks of ’08, and this time around Jay Elect and The Megatron Don continue their rawness with “Exhibit C”. How can you front on this?

Seeing is Believing 10/23 – 50 Cent “Crime Wave” (Short Film)

23 10 2009

50 Cent – Crime Wave
Two days after the track leaks, Fif drops the visuals for his street banger, “Crime Wave”. 50 rides around different borroughs of NY running shit and demanding respect. Reminiscent to his street videos from the Get Rich or Die Trying days, 50 gets back on his grimey tip with this joint and video.
I’m throwin in the remix to the joint as well featuring Gucci Mane.
