Dope or Nope 11/30: New Gucci x Killa Cam x Weezy

30 11 2009

Gucci Mane feat. Cam’Ron & Lil Wayne – Stupid Wild

With the release of Gucci’s The State Vs. Radric Davis album approaching, more material from the project will be leaking. One of the more interesting collabo’s on it is today’s new track “Stupid Wild” with the mandatory Wayne feature and Cam’Ron who’s been on and off the scene. Bangladesh lends his usual heavy hitting production similar to 8Ball and MJG’s “Don’t Make”. The State Vs. Radric Davis will be in stores next Tuesday.

Seeing is Believing 11/27: New Snoop Dogg Video

For Snoop’s latest single, he takes it to the back alley’s with “I Wanna Rock”. To compliment the tracks content, he hosts a dance battle similar to ABDC. Jamie Foxx also comes thru to make a cameo appearance. This is the third single from Malice in Wonderland dropping December 8th.

Takin’ Em Back – 11/27

27 11 2009

Hope you all are enjoying your Black Friday and good ol Thanksgiving left overs. For today’s throwback joint, I’m posting the first single off of Jay’s Vol. 3 album “Do It Again”. This was the track that introduced Beanie and Amil to the mainstream Hip Hop scene and help launch their careers. Since then, Amil has been missing and has been rumored to be working at K-Mart. As for Beans, he’s been putting out diss tracks and airing out Jay for not being a loyal mentor and has been working with 50 Cent. Coincidentally, Beanie Sigel was brought out on Black Friday management, along with Philly native Eve. What a difference a decade makes amongst labelmates.

Lupe rips joints from Dirty Money’s “Angels”, to Clipse’s street banger “Popular Demand”, and even takes it back with Jay’s “So Ghetto”. Be on the look out for another mixtape from Lupe on Christmas titled Friend of the People, and also his album Lasers expected to be released on December 15th.

Dope or Nope 11/25 – Mef Vs. Chef

25 11 2009

Raekwon & Method Man – Mef Vs. Chef Part 2 (Radio Rip)

The first joint off the upcoming Wu-Massacre album consisting of Rae, Method Man, and Ghost; is the follow up to “Meth Vs. Chef” off Method Man’s debut album, Tical. Like the original, Rae and Meth go in without a hook trading bars over a sick instrumental. In other Wu-Massacre news, the album got pushed back to February 2010.

Is the sequel as dope as the original?
