I’m taking yall back with today’s Chick of the Week with the beautiful lead singer of Sade. Sade is hails from London, England and is of Nigerian and British descent. From the mid 80’s to the late 90’s, Sade flooded the Soul/Jazz/R&B game melodic hits and a distinctive sound. Her smooth voice and pretty face set her aside from other female singers during that era. Though it’s been over 9 years since her band’s put out an album, she is still recognized as a music icon and is still hot. She’s working on a new album Soldier of Love (album cover inside) that is due out February 2010.

What better choice for this week’s Chick of the Week than Vida Guerra? For one, she’s never been featured on Spaz Appeal, another reason she’s been extra lowkey, and finally a new spread with Vida hit the net and she’s looking bomb as hell. Last we heard from Vida she was planning on launching a rap career and forming a diss track towards Game who name dropped her on “Wouldn’t Get Far” and also claimed he had a encounter with Vida.

This weeks Chick of the Week is the sexy, Columbian songstress Shakira. Shakira hails from Columbia and has grown to be a Latin Pop sensation and sex symbol. Some of Shakira’s best assets are her pretty face, petite body frame and her sex appeal. With the release of the blaxploitation Comedy “Black Dynamite” dropping this Friday, I decided to dedicate this week’s Chick of the Week to Pam Grier; who was one of the main attractions of blaxploitation films in the 70’s. For people who were born after the 1970’s like myself, you are full aware of Pam Grier by hearing her referenced in Black media, and from people who grew up in that era. Though Ms. Grier is still looking good at the age of 60, people will always remember her for being the iconic sex symbol of the 70’s.

This week’s Chick of the Week is the lovely singer/actress, Mya. I forgot all about Mya till I got word of her planning a comeback in 2010 which reminded me of how sexy she is. Mya has been in the game for over 11 years, and is still one of the baddest R&B chicks. I actually got the opportunity to meet Mya as a shorty during a signing at King Music out here in LA where she complimented me on my charm. She’s also the typical chick I would go for, since I dig petite, light complected women, with a booty is a plus. Her soft voice, pearly white smile, and well-proportioned ass made The Game say “I had dreams, of fuckin, a R&B bitch like Mya when I saw that ass on the front of that KING”

It’s been two weeks since I posted a Chick of the Week entry, but I’m back with one of my favorites thus far.
This week’s Chick of the Week is the Island beauty Nilanti Narain. Nilianti is a model/recording artist/actress from LA with roots from the Fiji Islands. I spotted her a couple of days ago when I was passing through Twitter, and she happens to be my homie’s homie. Aside from how I came across her, you may have seen her in spreads from Show Magazine, Exotic, Elle, and appearing on Kanye’s blog. As far as music video’s go, she’s done videos with Kanye West, Snoop, Twista, 112, and others.

I’m a little late with this one, but I’ve been busy handlin biz.
Since Sunday everyone’s been talking about the madness that is the MTV VMA’s. The topic of discussion has been Kanye’s rant against Taylor Swift, Lil Mama sneaking up onto Jay-z’s performance, and the bizarre Lady GaGa. Of course there were some pretty ladies in the building like Beyonce and the sexy Amber Rose, but who stood out the most to me was Alicia Keys.
It’s been a while since we’ve seen Alicia Keys, but she appeared at the VMA’s looking sexy as ever. She also ended the show performing her collaboration with Jay-z, “Empire State of Mind” which was rudely interrupted by Lil Mama. The beautiful singer-songwriter/actress/humanitarian is working on her fourth album, and I’m also posting her new joint with this blog. Alicia Keys is currently dating Swizz Beatz.

Tahiry 1Last week Joe Budden dropped two albums; his web release Escape Route and the posse album, Slaughterhouse. While Joe has a rep on the net for dropping witty lyrics and conceptual tracks, he has a even bigger rep for the chick on his arm, Tahiry.
Tahiry first caught the attention of Budden fans by appearing on Joey’s Vlog (video blog), Joe Budden TV. Of course people knew her as Budden’s chick, but what made her gain more recognition was her bangin’, all natural, backside. The curvy Dominican then spread over the Web with her exotic image and a fat booty. Since her exposure, she’s been the talk of the net, appeared in the final issue of KING Magazine, and has her own spin-off website called TahiryTV.com.
